Umbria is a region with a strong rural vocation and modern management of agricultural resources is essential for the local economy. Local businesses feel the strong need for specialized personnel, who are able not only to produce, but above all to place typical products on the market, with a view to multifunctional agriculture. 2019 represented a fundamental moment for the Institute, which graduated the first "agrotechnicians" of the IPAA. 70% of graduates have already integrated into the world of work, while the rest have decided to continue their training.
Particular emphasis is given to field activities because theory must be accompanied by practice to prepare professionals who are effectively able to work concretely in local companies.

... wurde vor 7 Jahren in Fabro gegründet, als Antwort auf die Arbeitsplatzsituation in der Gegend, in der die Schule sich befindet. Umbrien ist eine Region mit starker ländlicher Berufung, und eine moderne Bewirtschaftung der landwirtschaftlichen Ressourcen ist für die lokale Wirtschaft von wesentlicher Bedeutung. Im Hinblick auf eine multifunktionale Landwirtschaft haben die lokalen Unternehmen einen starken Bedarf an Fachkräften, die in der Lage sind, nicht nur zu produzieren, sondern vor allem typische Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen. 2019 war ein grundlegender Moment für das Institut, das die ersten „Agrotechniker“ der IPAA graduierte. 70 % der Absolventen haben sich bereits in die Arbeitswelt integriert, der Rest hat sich für eine Fortsetzung der Ausbildung entschieden.
Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf Feldaktivitäten gelegt, da die Theorie von der Praxis begleitet werden muss, um Fachleute vorzubereiten, die effektiv in der Lage sind, konkret in lokalen Unternehmen zu arbeiten.

... γεννήθηκε στο Fabro πριν από 7 χρόνια, ανταποκρινόμενος στην κλήση της περιοχής στην οποία βρίσκεται. Η Ούμπρια είναι μια περιοχή με ισχυρό αγροτικό επάγγελμα και η σύγχρονη διαχείριση των γεωργικών πόρων είναι απαραίτητη για την τοπική οικονομία. Οι τοπικές επιχειρήσεις αισθάνονται την έντονη ανάγκη για εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό, που να είναι σε θέση όχι μόνο να παράγει, αλλά κυρίως να διαθέτει τυπικά προϊόντα στην αγορά, με στόχο την πολυλειτουργική γεωργία. Το 2019 αντιπροσώπευε μια θεμελιώδη στιγμή για το Ινστιτούτο, το οποίο αποφοίτησε από τους πρώτους «αγροτεχνικούς» της IPAA. Το 70% των αποφοίτων έχει ήδη ενταχθεί στον κόσμο της εργασίας, ενώ οι υπόλοιποι έχουν αποφασίσει να συνεχίσουν την εκπαίδευσή τους.
Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στις δραστηριότητες πεδίου, επειδή η θεωρία πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από πρακτική για την προετοιμασία των επαγγελματιών που είναι αποτελεσματικά σε θέση να εργαστούν συγκεκριμένα σε τοπικές εταιρείες.

...nasce a Fabro 7 anni fa, in risposta alla vocazione dell’area in cui è situato. L’Umbria è una regione a forte vocazione rurale e per l’economia del territorio è fondamentale una gestione moderna delle risorse agricole. Le imprese locali avvertono la forte necessità di personale specializzato, che sappia non solo produrre, ma soprattutto immettere sul mercato i prodotti tipici, nell’ottica dell’Agricoltura multifunzionale. Il 2019 ha rappresentato un momento fondamentale per l’Istituto che ha diplomato i primi “agrotecnici” dell’IPAA. Il 70% dei diplomati si è già integrato nel mondo del lavoro, mentre i restanti hanno deciso di continuare il proprio percorso formativo.
Viene dato un particolare rilievo alle attività di campo perché alla teoria deve essere affiancata la pratica per preparare dei professionisti che siano effettivamente in grado di operare con concretezza nelle aziende del territorio.
